Nate’s journey into fitness began with a simple desire to improve his health and well-being. After discovering CrossFit, he quickly became hooked on the challenge and community it offered. As an educator by profession, Nate found that his skills in teaching translated seamlessly into coaching. The turning point came when he realized that coaching allowed him to combine his love for teaching with his passion for fitness. Joining the Trident Athletics team, Nate has since dedicated himself to helping others discover the benefits of CrossFit and achieve their personal bests.
Nate is motivated by the “light bulb moments” he sees in his athletes—those instances when everything clicks, and progress is made. His passion lies in breaking down complex movements into simple, understandable steps, making fitness accessible to everyone. I don’t have a specific WOD in mind. I enjoy the constantly varied aspect of CrossFit, with workouts changing daily across a wide range ofmovements and stimuli.
