Meet Chriss

Chriss and Andrea started Trident back in 2010, wanting to build a community to help people live healthier. Here’s a look at Chriss’ background and what drives him everyday.

Shadow Divider Up

So I used to go to Orange Theory and during quarantine I did online workouts with a family member’s crossfit gym and everyone was so much closer and friendly, so I wanted to try it out.  Trident has the same mentality and people are actually friendly and talkative while getting a good workout and I don’t think anyone at Orange Theory has talked to me during my year of workouts, so I am looking forward to the change!
