With a background in Special Operations and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, Melanie coaches CrossFit and teaches yoga, helping others find joy through movement.

After retiring as an Army officer, Melanie transitioned her skills and experiences into a career dedicated to helping others achieve their physical and mental best. Her turning point came when she realized that her military experience could be used to inspire and empower others through fitness.
