Josh’s passion for fitness began at an early age, rooted in his personal experiences as an athlete. After years of training and competing, Josh found his true calling in coaching, where he could combine his love for fitness with his desire to help others succeed. His journey led him to Trident Athletics, where he quickly became an integral part of the coaching team. For Josh, the turning point was realizing that his purpose wasn’t just in achieving his own goals, but in helping others reach theirs.
