    Turning Point

    Donnie’s athletic journey began with a strong foundation in competitive sports, where he developed a love for physical challenges and team dynamics. His transition to CrossFit came when he was looking for a new way to challenge himself and improve his overall fitness. The turning point in Donnie’s career was when he realized that his passion for fitness could be combined with his desire to help others. This realization led him to pursue coaching, where he could share his knowledge and enthusiasm with others. Joining the team at Trident Athletics, Donnie has been able to fulfill his passion for coaching while helping athletes of all levels reach their potential.

    Favorite Workout & Advice

    What’s your favorite workout? Cindy! It’s basic and simple.  The best part about “Cindy” it’s over in 20 minutes! 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 AirSquats………. let’s go!

    When you’re not CrossFit-ting? I enjoy traveling around the world. I find it so exciting to meet new people, experience different cultures, and trying new foods.  I’m always planning my next trip!

    Advice for someone starting or wanting to start CrossFit:The hardest part is walking through the front door.  The coaches will take care of the rest.
