CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

CrossFit, the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, military special operations units, and elite athletes, is just as appropriate and applicable to grandparents, first timers, and casual athletes.  The needs of an individual differ by degree, not by kind.  Squatting, pushing, pulling – these are daily requirements of every human being.
