CrossFit
Our CrossFit program offers up to nine classes throughout the day, ranging from 45 to 60 minutes. In that time we will warm up, provide instruction and input, workout, and go through a stretching/cool down period.
At Trident CrossFit, we focus on high quality instruction and a community atmosphere. You can expect a low coach-to-athlete ratio and plenty of individual attention.
We strive to put exercise, information, and fun into every class. Our coaches are prepared to help with any aspect of the day’s workout. Any questions, just ask!

Trident Kids
Trident Kids is a program for children 12 and younger and is not your typical kids workout. The program follows the same regimen as our regular CrossFit classes, delivering a fitness that is, by design, broad and inclusive. CrossFit Kids incorporates the same movements as regular CrossFit classes, scaling the load and intensity to the optimal range for children and focusing on their specific developmental needs—neurological, cognitive and motor.
CrossFit Kids is the principal strength and conditioning program for many young athletic teams and martial arts schools, and the primary physical education program for many home and charter schools. CrossFit Kids helps children to grow up healthy and strong and teaches positive fitness habits to help avoid the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.
Trident Teens
Our mission at Trident CrossFit is simple. We want to help shape your teen’s life-long definition of health and fitness by combining hard work and FUN to foster healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Whether your teen is an athlete or completely new to exercise, our program offers something for everyone. Every workout will be scaled or modified, depending on each teen’s level of ability.
We combine gymnastics, bodyweight movements, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning (running, rowing, jump roping). Gymnastics helps young athletes learn to understand where their body is positioned in space. Weightlifting aids in bone density development and improving strength. For athletes training for a specific sport, our workouts are constantly varied and performed at high intensity, giving them the overall edge before game time!
Most importantly, CrossFit builds confidence, camaraderie, and helps your teen learn to believe in themselves.

Trident Endurance
Looking for a more dynamic strength that sets you up for success in the long run? Then our Endurance classes may be perfect for you!
A supplemental program offered several times throughout the year, our CrossFit Endurance program focuses on building capacity for longer duration sports. Great for those looking to run marathons, obstacle races, or just improve capacity, the CrossFit Endurance program usually meets twice a week for twelve weeks.

Boot Camp
Boot Camp uses the same intensity and training methodology of CrossFit, without the heavy lifting or technical barbell lifts. Its main emphasis is on conditioning. Yes, it can still get you stronger, but we’re not honing in on increasing one repetition max strength.
It’s a perfect match for anyone who is intrigued by CrossFit and the results it achieves, but may be a little reluctant to hammer out heavy deadlifts and back squats as part of their normal training regimen. We hear of cases like this almost everyday – people who can’t stomach the thought of CrossFit itself but want the same intensity. Trident’s Boot Camp is the answer!
